  • Can I find your products in other retailers?
    We are working on supplying retailers, but for now, we will deliver your order to you once you make a purchase.
  • How accurate is the colour representation on your site?
    Product colour is as accurate as possible. Colour & resolution settings on electronic devices may differ slightly from the physical product.
  • What kind of nail gel do you use in your products?
    All of our products are: 0% Gel system Highly pigmented for easy coverage Non-shrink and non-yellowing Up to 4 weeks long lasting formula LED and UV curable Fast soak-off removal
  • Do you test your products on animals?
    We're animal lovers, so all of our products are Vegan and PETA approved. No animals have been used in any phase of production, testing or research and development.
  • Where do you deliver to?
    We deliver to Europe only for the time being.
  • What carriers do you use?
    We use DHL exclusively. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout.
  • How long does it take to receive my order?
    It all depends on where you live. Order processing can take 5-14 business days. Overseas deliveries (within Europe) can take up to 4-8 weeks.
  • What is the return policy for online purchases?
    If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will exchange your item for an item of the same value or higher within 14 days. Please note that we do not issue refunds under any circumstances, we will make exchanges. The products should be returned at your cost in its original form with original tags. The item can’t be used, altered or damaged. We reserve ourselves the right to refuse any exchanges or returns if the item(s) do not meet the criteria mentioned above. Items on sale are final sale at all times. For hygienic purposes, all items in the Emma Jones Starter Kit and Gel Polishes, are final sale.
  • How to return an item?
    To facilitate the return of an item bought online, contact us through the contact form above. From there, you can tell us why you are exchanging a certain item and what you would like in return. You must include your name, order number and the reason for the exchange. We will then be able to send you the return instructions. The exchange will be processed when we receive the order in-store. Please take note that we will not refund the shipping fees that were first charged to get your order to you, nor the fees for the exchange itself.
